Search Party Platform

The Search Party was an employment marketplace platform designed to serve recruiters, employers, and job seekers alike. My role involved collaborating with UX designers to redesign the interface, making each user flow more streamlined and intuitive . This mainly included the handling of data, search, shortlisting, communication, and points of contact between the three interacting stakeholders as they traverse through stages of the employment process.
